Dr. Richard Jonathan O. Taduran has taught forensic science, anthropology, and research methods at major institutions from Baguio to Davao across the Philippines, and in Australia and the United Kingdom. With over two decades of academic experience, he has designed and delivered undergraduate and postgraduate courses on forensic anthropology, taphonomy, anatomy, crime scene investigation, and psychological anthropology. His teaching blends scientific rigor with cultural insight, often incorporating real forensic cases and original field experiments.
Beyond the classroom, Taduran is a sought-after public lecturer, having delivered talks at the Commission on Human Rights, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, and national forensic science trainings. Whether speaking to students, professionals, or policymakers, he brings clarity, relevance, and passion to his mission: advancing forensic education that is ethical, locally rooted, and globally informed.
